Unite the mind, body and soul by exploring traditional Kundalini yogic posture, breath chanting and meditation.
Kundalini Yoga is a style of yoga that uses meditation, sound, movement and breath to help you quieten your mind and increase your inner energy.
The practice encourages chanting, repetitive poses (known as Kriyas), controlled breathing exercises (Pranayama) and meditation.
A spiritual as well as physical practice, these ancient teachings elevate your self awareness, inner calmness and harmony.
Happiness is your birthright.
Iam Tej Preet, also known as Sharon Cox by birth name. I have had a passion for meditation over the past 10 years which led me to Kundalini yoga in 2018.
My immediate connection for the practice guided me towards completing the level one teacher training in 2019, where I graduated from the Sahej Academy.
I continue to enjoy a daily practice and I am passionate in sharing my love of Sadhana (morning yoga), which allows me to continue on my journey of self-discovery.
I am presently progressing through all five modules of level 2 level 2 Teacher Training in Kundalini Yoga. Deepening my knowledge and offering guidance for all who wish to share in the Kundalini Yoga experience.
In person classes are held on the first and third Sunday of each month from 7.30pm to 9.00pm.

Walking, Yoga and Meditation
Held in Amphtill Park
Breath Walk is a synergy of walking and breath awareness embracing a meditative state of being.
A form of sound healing meditation. It is referred to as a bath due to participants being immersed in the vibrations of the instrument during a session. Participants lay down and gongs are then gradually introduced and the vibrations of the gongs are absorbed throughout the entire body. Gong baths induce transformative effects on body, mind, and spirit.
